Faith neutrality, securing funding for overhead and administration, and managing internal and external communication are potentially sensitive issues when engaging with Islamic finance stakeholders. There are concrete examples of faith-neutral development institutions adopting a range of principles and pragmatic solutions to be consistent with their faith neutrality, and also partner with Islamic finance stakeholders in service of the Sustainable Development Goals.
