In this chapter, Professor Sachs discusses some of the issues of private capital financing of the SDGs, as well as the promising aspects of private capital markets to cover the investments of the SDGs in infrastructure and other projects. He discusses long-term investment funding in infrastructure projects, as well as ESG investing.
