Behavioural scientists and behaviour change practitioners have an ethical obligation to carefully consider the partners they choose to work with, and the problems they choose to work on. In addition, there is an obligation to ensure that decisions around WHO needs to do WHAT differently, and HOW - the audiences, behaviours, and interventions, are determined on ethical principles.
