Financing Climate Change Responses in Transboundary River Basins

This lecture looks at why climate finance may be a good option for RBOs for sourcing finance, what challenges exist in obtaining finance, the increased focus on climate finance at development agencies, accredited entities, and institutional matching. The lecture provides summary of key modalities when accessing climate-financing mechanisms, including the Green Climate Fund, GEF, and the Adaptation Fund.
