How Kateb University's LMS Offered Access to Education During the COVID-19 Pandemic

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic that stopped class-based education in Afghanistan, Kateb University developed its own Learning Management System (Kateb LMS) to enable the students and professors to complete one-semester online-based education.
