In this video, we look at some examples of leadership in action and identify that there is often national policy guiding and supporting equity and inclusive education. Each of the examples though tell us something more, they show us that individuals take action and work with others to achieve good education outcomes. Through the examples we have seen that good leadership is: Proactive Passionate Collaborative Focused on individual learner needs The examples also show how individuals can and do provide leadership. Individual leadership is something that people commit to.
