Impact Investing Part I

Impact investments are investments made with the intention to generate positive, measurable social and environmental impact alongside a financial return. According to the Global Impact Investing Network, impact investors must meet four definitional criteria: intentionality, the expectation of returns, the potential range of returns and asset classes, and the necessity for impact measurement.
