This chapter looks at the concept of leadership in education to bring about more equitable education and more inclusive education. Good leadership in education environments and communities: Should involve many stakeholders, including government staff, school principals, teachers, parents, and other community leaders. Be focused on the transformation of education practice for better learning and better life, and Cares about and is focused on others, particularly the students or learners. Remember, educational leadership is not necessarily something only done by other people. Many different people and groups of people, including yourself, are responsible.
