Measuring ICT

This video discusses ICT measurement; in particular, the range of traditional indicators you can use to measure access to ICT, the coverage and methodologies used, and some of the methodological limitations to those indicators. It will also cover more dynamic measures that offer an alternative if they can be produced in a sustainable way.
