This lecture provides an explanation of multitrack water diplomacy, different tracks of water diplomacy, the relationship between different tracks of diplomacy, and the benefits of multitrack water diplomacy. Examples of multitrack water diplomacy within the Mekong river and the Brahmaputra river are discussed.
