Rati Skhirtladze is the Head of the ICT Data and Statistics Division of the International Telecommunication Union’s Telecommunication Development Bureau. In his Voices from the Field video, Dr. Skhirtladze describes his division's work collecting, harmonizing, analyzing, and disseminating ICT statistics worldwide, and producing analytical reports on global and regional ICT trends.
