What are the different educational financing concepts, models and mechanisms?

In this video, the speaker looks into the actual financial concepts, models and mechanisms that allow for equitable financing and resource allocation while reflecting on the following focus question: What financial concepts, models and mechanisms exist in your country and which ones could be introduced? It discusses different types and grouped into different categories, namely direct government financing, taxes/earmarked funding, voluntary contributions, frontloading and debt management, and partnerships.
